Cancellation & Replacement Policy

1. Purpose of This Policy
This Cancellation & Replacement Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and replacements are handled for classes, packages, workshops, and private sessions booked at Lithe Pilates & Yoga Studio.
2. Cancellation by the Customer
- You may cancel a class or session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time to be eligible for a refund or credit (as applicable).
- To cancel, please use the available online booking tools (if any) or contact us by email or phone with your booking details.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are considered late cancellations and are not eligible for a refund, unless otherwise required by law.
3. Rescheduling & Replacement (Customer-Initiated)
- Instead of cancelling, you may request to reschedule your booking to another class or time, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
- If a suitable alternative class or time is not available, the booking may be treated as a cancellation in accordance with this Policy.
4. No-Shows
- If you fail to attend a booked class or session without cancelling or rescheduling within the permitted timeframe, the booking is treated as a no-show.
- No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.
5. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Lithe Studio
- Lithe Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes or sessions due to instructor unavailability, maintenance issues, insufficient enrolment, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If we cancel a class, we will offer you the choice of:
- Rescheduling to another suitable class or time (subject to availability); or
- Receiving a refund or credit for the cancelled booking.
- We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any such changes via email and WhatsApp using the contact details you provided at the time of booking.
6. Workshops, Events & Special Programs
For special events, workshops, or multi-week programs, different cancellation terms may apply. Any such specific terms will be clearly indicated at the time of booking and will prevail over this general policy where there is a conflict.
7. Packages & Memberships
For multi-class packages and memberships:
- Individual classes booked under a package are subject to the same 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling rules as single classes.
- Expiry dates and usage conditions will be specified at the time of purchase.
- Refunds or extensions for packages or memberships may be offered at our discretion and in accordance with our Refund Policy and any applicable law.
8. Force Majeure
Lithe Studio shall not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance of obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions, or infrastructure failures). In such cases, we will work with you in good faith to reschedule services or offer a reasonable alternative.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cancellation & Replacement Policy from time to time. Members will be notified via email and WhatsApp. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Website or Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
